Easy access form central London with frequent trains via Central and District. Breakfasts were good. Pity the coffee dispenser failed to dispense.
Bedroom almost directecly over Underground lines via Earsl court. Very limited seating area near the bar.

Had a very enjoyable stay for a short business trip, everything was excellent. the room was new-fashioned and decent sized with a comfortable bed, I appreciated it. - the breakfast was wonderful. - the hotel was in a great and impeccable location, just a short walk to the train station. - the staff was outstandingly accommodating and affable - I would use them next time.

The room is very clean and new. I believe it was recently upgraded. It is also spacious for a family of three with three large suitcases considering that most hotels in Central London are cramped. Most importantly, we do not have to walk in the frosty morning looking for food as hot breakfast is served. The hotel is also approximately 3 mins walk from the Earl's Court tube station and another 3 mins walk from the Sainsbury supermarket.
We could hear footsteps above our head as the ceiling board is very thin. The hotel alarm went off twice during our stay and we were jolted rudely from our sleep. We thought our thermal was faulty as it is giving some burning smell and therefore it triggered the alarm. The hotel staff should at least explain the situation. The hotel breakfast served lacks variety and the bed sheets were not changed everyday.

The best thing about our stay at Premier Inn London Kensington was the fact that it was air conditioned. It was also extremely convenient to both bus and underground transportation.
Inadequate outlets to charge electronic appliances; no place to unpack clothing

I stayed in this hotel for a few nights and I was very impressed with the cleanliness of everything. This made me comfortable, and the fact that I had easy access to transportation options like the Earls Court underground station made my time in this city very convenient. The hotel facilities such as the breakfast and staff were also great aspects that I appreciated.
Nothing not too like.

Our room, which was a family room with a queen bed and single bed seemed to have been recently upgraded and was great. The hotel dining facility is excellent in price, service and quality. The included breakfast offered lots of choice and was great value. I really liked the staff attitudes and the free smiles they constantly give away.
Being from North America, I would have liked wash cloths in the bathroom. They didn't supply these, nor did they understand what I was asking for when I requested them. This wasn't a problem though, and we did without them. I would have liked dresser drawers to unpack the suitcase into. There was none, so we couldn't unpack the suitcases chich was a nuisance. They had wireless internet, but charged an excessive daily rate for it. They should join the trend and offer it free.
